I own a rather large Dell Studio 17 laptop (17.3 screen, i7 Quad Core, 8 gigs of memory, 1 gig Radeon video card, etc). This laptop is known for running rather hot when running intense games and complex graphics applications. The Zalman ZM-NC2000 laptop cooler keeps this laptop running cool enough so the internal fans don't even have to come on--and this is with the fan speed set to the lowest speed! Like most reviewers, I agree that the design is perfect for any size laptop. The quality of construction is outstanding. It looks great. It is incredibly quiet--even at the highest speed setting. Most important though, is it does what it is suppose to do, and it does it very well and very efficently. Purchasing this laptop cooler is, as they say "A NO BRAINER." Don't even consider other laptop coolers. I have all ways wondered why has it been so difficult to design the perfect laptop cooler? Well, Zalman has done just that.
